Avizo XMicroscopy Pack

Avizo XMicroscopy Pack includes a complete set of specific readers for microscopy image data. The set of data readers provided with XMicroscopy allows the Avizo user to import any data format generated by microscopy acquisition.

The large number of supported 3D-image file formats allows the Avizo user to import data from CT, MRI, or ultrasound scanning, confocal or wide-field microscopy acquisition sources.
