- PHIGURE: a productivity tool
PHIGURE considerably reduces the number of lines of code necessary for graphics display. Interactive 2D and 3D applications can be created with only a few program lines.
- PHIGURE: C and FORTRAN bindings
PHIGURE comes with a C binding. An optional FORTRAN binding is also available.
- PHIGURE: on a network
PHIGURE accesses network resources including terminals, workstations, PostScript or HPGL printer peripherals. PHIGURE can also function in client/server environments on X Window, PEX and OpenGL.
- PHIGURE: high-performance graphics
PHIGURE uses the GPHIGS 3D drivers to drive specialized hardware graphics boards. PHIGURE's display performance is optimized on SGI, HP, Sun, IBM, and Digital workstations.
- PHIGURE for X Window/Motif
PHIGURE benefits from all the power and user-friendliness of the X Window multi-windowing environment as well as Motif. The PHIGURE X Window driver manages a double buffer to enhance visual comfort and a Z-buffer to remove hidden line and hidden surface in 3D models.
- PHIGURE for MS Windows
PHIGURE for Windows is a completely portable productivity tool and is 100% compatible with the X Window UNIX version.
- PHIGURE benefits from all the power of GPHIGS
PHIGURE is supplied with the basic GPHIGS graphics layer on which it is designed. Each 2D and 3D function generated by PHIGURE are sets of PHIGS primitives which assure the portable developments and long-term investment of the applications.
- PHIGURE ensures portability and protects your long-term investment.
Applications are hardware independent and are available on: UNIX, VMS, Windows X Window, Motif, OpenGL, PEX ... PostScript, HPGL, PaintJet, LaserJet, CGM, Raster RLE, . . .
